JOB SUMMARY 2025 was a banner year for the Storyblok EMEA sales team. After exceeding targets every quarter, we won Team of the Year and Employer of the Year at the UK National Sales Awards. We are now looking to expand our team with a crucial hire for UK growth who will be closing deals over $100K ACV. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Directly contribute to the expansion of the assigned region through winning new Enterprise & Mid Market clients Build and implement with an extended team a go-to-market plan to deliver maximum revenue potential for your territory Lead potential new customers through the sales journey and presentation of Storyblok’s solutions Work in close alignment with the BDR team on outbound sales activities As an Account Executive (AE), you lead the connection with partner’s sales teams, while the Alliance Manager oversees overall partner relationship, enablement, sales development and marketing activities with partners Prospect new customers (min 20% of pipeline should be self-generated) Negotiation of commercial offers for customers Navigate through the legal and procurement process in complex B2B SaaS sales Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients and support Customer Success in upselling into existing accounts Evangelize the Storyblok vision through product demonstrations together with a Solution Engineer Represent Storyblok at in-market events and organise account-specific campaigns EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Proven record of success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals (over $100k) Ability to map out and strategically define account & territory plans Familiarity with Sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC etc. At least 2 years of proven SaaS value selling experience as an Account Executive Evidence of relationship-building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships Previous exposure to digital experience and/or website projects for clients Ability to switch the context and messaging between technical and marketing audiences Must be fluent in the local language of the territory (speaking and writing) Travel primarily within the assigned region, to foster client relationships and participate in events that contribute to the growth and success of Storyblok ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Competitive compensation package with uncapped commission and VSOP (Virtual Stock Purchase Plan) Ramp up schedule including onboarding training at hire and continuous sales and product training Career Advancement in a fast paced and rapidly growing organization, mobility within the firm Joining an organization which was recently recognized by Gartner as 1 customer’s choice for Web Content Management
