Freelance Health & Safety Manager – Construction (NEBOSH)

Our client, a leading construction contractor, is urgently seeking an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to support a busy site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day health & safety management on a live construction site
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
* Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation and company policies
* Identify risks and implement corrective actions
* Provide on-site guidance to site teams and subcontractors
* Prepare and submit daily/weekly H&S reports
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) – essential
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager role within construction
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to hit the ground running on a fast-paced site
