Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent (EA)
Location: Liverpool | Residential Team
We are looking for an experienced Senior QS / Employer's Agent to take ownership and lead residential projects across the North West.
Responsibilities
* Lead developments as Employer’s Agent from inception to completion.
* Take full ownership of cost, procurement, and commercial strategy.
* Conduct early site due diligence and viability review.
* Create pre and post contract programmes.
* Advise and implement tender/procurement strategy.
* Provide contract selection advice, final negotiation, and production.
* Administer contracts (JCT suites covering D&B, SBC, Intermediate and MW in addition to Development Agreements).
* Build strong client relationships.
* Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
* Mentor junior team members and shape the team.
Qualifications
* Strong experience as an SQS/EA in both pre and post contract roles.
* Solid background in residential construction.
* Exposure to social housing, BTR, or similar sectors.
* Confident, client‑facing and ready to take ownership.
* Experience in the Northwest market is advantageous.
* Operating above Senior level is welcomed.
