The Opportunity
As a Business Advisory Group Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, delivering a broad range of services including statutory and management accounts, as well as tailored business advisory projects.
You'll work closely with business owners and senior stakeholders, helping them tackle complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. The role offers a blend of hands-on technical work, client engagement, and team leadership, making it ideal for a commercially-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support a client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all engagements.
* Lead client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to add value and expand services.
* Oversee the preparation of statutory and management accounts, including advanced technical work and quality review.
* Deliver bespoke advisory and project work tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in UK GAAP, particularly FRS A.
Candidate Profile
* Professionally qualified (ICAS/ICAEW/ACCA or equivalent).
* Strong experience managing a portfolio of clients in a similar business advisory or accounting role.
* Proven track record in staff supervision and development.
