We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner with strong brass work experience to join a specialist manufacturing/joinery business. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours, long-term progression, and the chance to work on high-quality bespoke products.

The role
1. Bench joinery work producing high-quality bespoke components
2. Working with brass, including cutting, shaping, fitting, and finishing
3. Assembling detailed joinery pieces to exact specifications
4. Working from technical drawings and job sheets
5. Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
6. Producing high-end finishes with strong attention to detail
7. Supporting production targets while maintaining quality standards
8. Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
What we are looking for
9. Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
10. Proven experience working with brass
11. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
12. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
13. Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery desirable
