We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering ERP and logistics-focused projects that drive tangible business outcomes. The role is for an initial 6 month contract inside IR35. You’ll join at a critical point to support a backlog of business-led initiatives, particularly in the shipping and ERP space, where strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement are essential.
The Opportunity:
You will lead up to four concurrent projects, taking them from requirements through to implementation. The focus is on applications that support growth, revenue, and shipping efficiency. These are not long-haul transformation programmes, but targeted business projects that need structure, discipline and delivery.
While you won’t have formal authority over all resources, you’ll be expected to build relationships, rally teams, and influence with credibility. This will require a proactive, well-organised and assertive individual who is equally comfortable working with spreadsheets as they are presenting concise updates to senior leadership.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), and a limited ERP team. While BAs are available for support, this is a hands-on role that requires someone unafraid to get into the detail and take ownership of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 3 to 4 concurrent ERP/logistics-related projects across international markets
* Engage with business and technical teams to align requirements, dependencies, and timelines
* Create and maintain all core delivery documentation (RAIDs, project plans, dependency maps)
* Track and report on project health, risk, and on-time delivery performance
* Ensure blockers to shipping and fulfilment are resolved by engaging the right people
* Drive weekly updates and maintain momentum across delivery teams
This would suit someone who has:
* Demonstrated success delivering ERP and logistics projects (ideally within or alongside SAP environments)
* A self-starter with the ability to organise your own time, set structure, and keep others on track
* Comfortable managing detail, chasing tasks, and stepping into delivery when required
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to run regular meetings with stakeholders
* Capable of influencing without authority, keeping progress moving without being overbearing
* Hungry to grow, assertive (not aggressive), and clear in your delivery approach
* Fluent with the tools of delivery
It would be a massive bonus if you had:
* Experience with logistics systems, SAP integration, or SHIPERP
* Understanding of how shipping impacts sales enablement and revenue growth
* Exposure to international markets, especially in Eastern Europe
This is an ideal role for someone on the rise in their PM career, looking to make a real impact by getting projects delivered and enabling business growth – without unnecessary complexity or cost.
We’re ready to move quickly – interviews will be scheduled immediately.
