Job Description
What You'll Do:
* Oversee the breakfast service in the restaurant and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience ensuring duties are carried out with energy and attention to detail
* Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and cleanliness of the restaurant area
* Support training and development of new staff members to build a strong morning team
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant
* Someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys early starts
* Passionate about delivering excellent service and going the extra mile
