3. Pay Rate: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour
4. Shifts: Part Time | Days | 7:30am - 5:30pm | Monday – Sunday

Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team, supporting an 11-year-old boy with complex care needs in his family home.
He is a huge football fan and especially enjoys talking about his favourite teams, players, and memorable moments from the game. Football is a fantastic way to build a connection with him, and he loves sharing his knowledge and hearing others' thoughts on the sport.
He also enjoys spending time watching YouTube and has a keen interest in gaming content, particularly Pokémon, Fortnite, and Minecraft. Supporting him to engage in his hobbies and interests is an important part of the role, helping to create positive experiences and meaningful interactions throughout the day.
As part of this position, you will provide support with personal care, moving and handling, and his complex clinical care needs.
We are looking for someone who can build a positive and trusting relationship, encourage participation in the activities he enjoys, and help him make the most of each day.

What You’ll Need
5. 3 months’ care experience
6. Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
7. Clear communication skills
