3. Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Coordinate and manage the external audit process to ensure timely completion and compliance.
5. Develop and implement robust financial reporting processes and controls.
6. Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the wider finance team.
7. Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the organisation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
9. Analyse complex financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
10. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to financial reporting and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Reporting Manager should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
12. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
13. Proven ability to manage external audits and liaise with auditors effectively.
14. Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity organisations.
15. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
16. Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
17. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
