About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Pepco Group, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and proactive support to our CEO. Your exceptional organisational skills will be put to the test as you manage the CEO's diary, coordinate travel arrangements, and act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's diary, prioritising obligations and maintaining schedules without conflicts.
* Travel Arrangements: Organise all aspects of travel for the CEO, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation, both domestic and international.
* Communication: Act as the liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external partners to ensure clear communication. Coordinate with other senior leaders and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and event planning.
* Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and revise communications, presentations, and other documents. Assist with board-related tasks, including document preparation and director travel arrangements.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise and manage logistics for meetings, including video conferences and board meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
* Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all business matters.
* Support: Act as the CEO's first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls discreetly and professionally.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software. Strong data analysis skills and ability to transition analysis into actionable projects.
* Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership in a listed multi-national company, preferably with direct experience supporting a CEO. Thorough understanding of corporate governance and dynamics within a listed company. Experience in managing complex, high-traffic diaries.
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high precision and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Adaptability to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Resilience and adaptability to manage last-minute changes effectively and with composure. Proactive approach to daily tasks and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
