 
        
        Project Support Manager: Masterplanning – Part Time, Fixed Term 6 months

As this post is part‑time, the salary will be pro‑rata.
An exciting opportunity has opened within NHS Lothian Strategic Planning for a Project Support Manager. This post will be based within Masterplanning where the team works closely with key colleagues across the organisation to lead a comprehensive strategic approach to how we set out our long‑term vision for development of a site.
This post offers an opportunity to contribute to a specialist team and will specifically support key actions associated to the delivery of high‑profile Scottish Government capital programmes.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee the organisation of meetings across multiple workstreams.
 * Maintain critical project documentation.
 * Monitor actions and progress.
 * Support data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications
 * Relevant experience supporting senior managers, ideally within a complex or multi‑disciplinary environment.
 * Confidence working with data and documentation.
 * Strong IT skills, particularly in managing project systems and tools.
 * Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
 * Proactive approach to problem‑solving.
 * Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
