This is an excellent opportunity to take on a technically rewarding position with a business that genuinely invests in its people and promotes from within. ️ Projects You'll Be Involved In: You will be involved in the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary civils projects such as: * New link roads and major highway realignments * Drainage and deep excavation * Earthworks and pavement construction * Roundabouts, junction improvements, and road widening * Public sector-funded regeneration and infrastructure upgrades Role Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll be a key part of the site engineering team. Responsibilities include: * Setting Out: Ensuring precise delivery using GPS, total stations, and traditional methods * Quality Assurance: Checking plans, materials, and works to ensure compliance * Coordination: Supervising junior engineers and subcontractors on site * Reporting: Supporting Site Agents and Project Managers with records, diaries, and progress updates * HSE Compliance: Promoting high standards of health and safety across site activities * Client Interaction: Supporting project delivery and maintaining strong working relationships with client teams ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for an engineer who takes pride in quality, enjoys problem-solving on site, and can work confidently in a team environment.
