Support Worker - Waking Nights
Location: Supported Living / Community Services, NI
Hours: Waking Nights (Full-time & Relief available)
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £ - £ per hour
About the Role
We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or acquired brain injury to live safely and independently.
You will provide calm, person-centred overnight support, ensuring wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide person-centred overnight support
2. Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
3. Support with domestic tasks and medication as required
4. Monitor safety and respond to incidents appropriately
5. Maintain accurate digital records
6. Work collaboratively as part of a team
Essential Criteria
7. Personal or work experience providing care or support (paid or unpaid)
8. Basic digital skills
9. Caring, reliable, and respectful approach
10. Ability to work waking night shifts
Desirable
11. Driving licence and access to transport (or ability to travel independently)
