We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Accelerator Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across our social enterprise. Working closely with the Assistant Director – Commercial, you will help identify, develop and convert new business opportunities that strengthen our impact and expand our reach.
This is a hands-on, outward-facing role suited to a commercially minded professional with a strong background in sales, marketing and business development. You’ll act as a connector into the organisation—spotting opportunities, opening doors, supporting strategic bids, and ensuring a consistent, professional approach to lead management.

This role will be office based in Aylesford, Kent with travel across RBVE sites as well as attending meeting, events etc.
