Responsibilities

2. Recipe Development: Develop innovative, crave-worthy dishes aligned with our brand. Design recipes suitable for our kitchen's capabilities.
3. Food Management: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and taste. Manage inventory to reduce waste and enhance flavors.
4. Budget Management: Understand and work within food and labor costs, crafting menus that delight taste buds and support business profitability.
About the Role
The Moors Care Centre in Ripon, run by Maria Mallaband Care Group, provides a safe, welcoming environment for up to 70 residents. Our team strives to deliver social, caring, and supportive services, working in partnership with healthcare providers to maintain and improve residents' health. We encourage applicants from all sectors, though experience in a care setting is a plus.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef
* Food hygiene certificate or equivalent
* Financial acumen to manage costs effectively
