About the Role
We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants.
This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you'll work in a dynamic, high‑performance environment, matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.
How We Support You – The IMPACT Academy

You'll develop expertise in:
* Candidate sourcing and interviewing
* Building strong client relationships
* Resilience and self‑awareness
* Goal setting and maintaining a positive mindset
* Psychology in sales and communication
We don't just train you to succeed – we train you to excel.
Your Responsibilities
During your first 6‑9 months:
* Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
* Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing
* Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements
* Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager
As you progress into sales:
* Develop new business and manage client relationships
* Negotiate margins and contracts
* Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
* Handle challenging conversations professionally
* Deliver exceptional customer service and manage your time effectively

Who We're Looking For
We want motivated, ambitious, and driven individuals ready to work hard and achieve success.
You should have:
* A degree (and ideally part‑time work experience during university) or relevant experience if not a graduate
* Experience in sales, recruitment, education, hospitality, or another fast‑paced, target‑driven role
* A consistent career history that demonstrates progression and commitment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
* The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
Our Hiring Process

1. Screening call with our Talent Manager
2. Psychometric test and written task
3. First‑stage interview with a Team Manager
4. Final interview with a Director or CEO
