We are a warm, family-run, independent Italian-style restaurant with a strong local following—and we're looking for a passionate Bartender to join our vibrant team.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service with a smile
* Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
* Managing bookings and guest flow using the OpenTable system
* Serving drink orders promptly (within 4 minutes)
* Crafting and presenting cocktails to perfection – full training provided
* Operating the till with accuracy and handling cash/card transactions
* Maintaining the bar area, including fridges, glassware, glasswasher, ice machine, and equipment
* Recommending drinks based on guest preferences with confidence and charm
* Keeping the bar stocked and well-organized throughout service
* Supporting your teammates and stepping in wherever needed during busy shifts
* Staying updated with our food & drink menus to confidently answer questions and upsell
* Bringing positive energy to every shift and helping to create memorable guest experiences
Who We're Looking For:
* Someone who's passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys working with people
* A team player who's reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to grow within the business
* Someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm under pressure, and is always smiling
* Previous bar experience is a bonus, but not essential – we're happy to train the right person

Experience:
