Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls Bias Location: Risley, Cheshire (3 days per week on-site) Contract Type: Secondment | Start Date: Mid-September | Duration: TBC Rate: Competitive (DOE) The Role: We're seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in instrumentation and controls to join a specialist engineering team. You'll be involved in the design of building services, control systems, HVAC systems, and more, working on complex projects within the nuclear sector. Key Responsibilities & Skills: 5 years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer. Proven background in the nuclear industry. Expertise in: Building services design Control systems HVAC systems Fire detection systems Panel design Proficiency with: AutoCAD, AMTECH, Dialux, PDMS / Aveva 3D. Ability to work 3 days per week in Hinton House (Risley). Security clearance: BPSS/SC required (DV if requested). Qualifications: Electrical Design Engineer qualification (Chartered preferred).
