Bank Healthcare Support Worker (Open to Undergraduate Health and Care Students)
NHS Highland needs you. If you are currently an undergraduate health and care student and would be interested in joining the Bank Team in NHS Highland (which includes Argyll & Bute), applying is a simple one-off process. If successful, you will be in a position to work flexibly across a range of services.
Responsibilities
* Choose when, where, and how often you work
* Plan shifts up to six weeks in advance
* Pick up additional shifts, even at very short notice
* Claim paid annual leave
* Claim payment for statutory and mandatory training (if not provided by UHI)

Flexible working
Staff bank offers short-term, flexible shifts—days, nights, weekends, and twilight shifts are routinely available. Shifts range from 12.5 hours to shorter 6-hour shifts. Working patterns can fit around childcare, studying, employment, or caring responsibilities.
