Relationship Manager – EMEA Commercial Team
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support our airline clients across the EMEA region. The role involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and Worldpay, expanding value for both new and existing customers.

Our dedicated team of Airline Relationship Managers creates value for some of the largest global airlines in the EMEA region. Team members collaborate across locations to support each other in a complex industry.
Responsibilities
* Act as primary liaison between client and Worldpay, understanding client needs and financial expectations.
* Build a network of operative and executive C‑level users within client organizations and stay current on products and services used.
* Coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Worldpay offices and arrange Executive/Sales Executive visits at client sites.
* Sell Worldpay products and services tailored to client requirements.
* Manage relationships and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.
* Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth.
* Coach and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or FinTech space.
* Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with merchants and/or partners.
* Knowledge of global payment requirements and needs.
* Experience in the airline industry is an advantage.
* Ability to build strong relationships.
* Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
