Key Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and develop new international markets and business opportunities
* Deliver growth through robust market-entry and business development strategies
* Negotiate and secure high-value international partnerships
* Build and manage strategic relationships with employers, training providers, colleges, HE institutions, and labour agencies
* Drive cross-selling across the full NOCN Group portfolio
* Manage key accounts and produce detailed reports on contracts, opportunities, competitors, and market conditions
* Ensure compliance with international labour mobility and visa entry requirements
* Represent NOCN at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events
* Work closely with marketing to deliver effective international campaigns
About You
You will be a confident relationship-builder with a proven track record of selling education, skills, or qualification-based services internationally. You are commercially astute, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in complex regulatory environments.
Essential experience and skills include:
* Proven success selling international education or skills-based services
* Strong experience in account management and business development
* Knowledge of Construction, Engineering, and/or Renewable Energy sectors
* Experience working across international markets and cultures
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
* A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
* Willingness to travel extensively overseas
