Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible options:
* 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch)
* 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

Job Description
We are seeking a competent Office Assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support our client’s busy department. The ideal candidate should be diligent, hardworking, possess good communication skills, and be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Inputting transport information/data
* Assisting in office management and organization procedures
* Performing general administrative duties
* Performing other office duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience as an office administrator is advantageous
* Familiarity with office procedures and devices
* Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
* Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
* Good time management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and methodical approach
