I’m currently working with a high-traffic global recommerce marketplace that’s on a mission to make buying pre-owned products the first choice for millions of customers worldwide.
Operating at huge scale, they’re investing heavily in AI, product innovation, and customer experience to transform how people discover, evaluate and purchase within the circular economy.
Right now, they’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead a major redesign of one of their most commercially critical product experiences.
This is a hands-on role with real impact shaping the experience for millions of users and directly influencing conversion, discovery and revenue.
🎯 The Opportunity
You’ll embed within a high-performing D2C product squad alongside Product and Engineering, owning the end-to-end design of a key customer experience redesign.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the end-to-end redesign of a high-traffic product experience from discovery through to high-fidelity delivery
• Run UX audits to identify conversion barriers and customer friction points
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate design decisions
• Design clear, intuitive and commercially effective interfaces that drive engagement and conversion
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to translate insights into shippable experiences
• Define CRO hypotheses and support A/B experimentation
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and present insights to stakeholders
• Help shape design principles, patterns and documentation that elevate the wider product team
✅ 5+ years in Product / UX Design
✅ Strong ecommerce, marketplace or high-traffic consumer product experience
✅ Proven track record improving conversion and engagement through design
✅ Deep UX research expertise and evidence-led design thinking
✅ Experience redesigning complex, high-traffic product or listing pages
✅ Highly autonomous able to lead a workstream and deliver at pace
✅ Comfortable working with AI-assisted design and research tools
