An established provider, new to the Manchester area, with a refreshing approach to a great working culture has taken management of a long-standing providers care services to continue the excellent work for which they were renowned.
Completing a multi-disciplinary leadership team, the role involves:
* Supervising, training and coaching the registered nurses
* Supporting the service managers with admissions and working with external parties
* Review of policies and internal auditing
* Resolving escalated clinical matters
* Reviewing care plans with the team and clients
This role is perfect for an experienced nurse looking for a step down from management, to use their experience to allow the services to continue providing quality and compassionate care.
