Position: Woodland Elders Session Facilitator

Hours: Limited annualised hours (approx. 167 hours per year)
Salary: £3,410 per annum (equivalent to £18/hour) inc. £5.04 weekly mileage allowance
Start Date: 5 January 2026 (with paid shadowing in December 2025)
About the Role
Join us in bringing the benefits of nature and movement to older adults in care homes We're looking for a compassionate and creative Facilitator to deliver our Woodland Elders sessions— nature-inspired activities and chair based movement that promote wellbeing and connection for those living in residential care.
What You'll Do
* Deliver engaging, accessible, enjoyable movement or sensory-based sessions.
* Create a safe, inclusive environment for residents.
* Work closely with care-home staff and follow safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with older adults, ideally in care settings.
* Background in activity delivery, community engagement, or wellbeing programmes.
* Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer
* Flexible annualised hours (mainly Mondays).
* Paid induction and shadowing in December 2025.
* Ongoing training and support.
