IT Technician (Seasonal London) A fantastic position for a recent graduate, first/second jobber, or someone at the beginning of their IT journey. Our operations include weekend work, so we are looking for someone who can commit to working on weekends (not all weekends though!); this will be discussed in detail during interview. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Check and verify new IT equipment upon arrival. Configure and install new hardware and software as required. Replenish IT consumables across various UKME locations. Maintain stock levels of IT consumables to ensure availability. Set up mobile phones and peripheral devices for users. Provide first-line support by working on the IT Service Desk when needed. Deliver and set up IT equipment at different sites as required. Represent the IT Department on client sites. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of basic IT principles (Essential) Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions (Essential) Understanding of computer hardware (Essential) Ability to research hardware and software issues (Essential) Ability to present solutions in user-friendly language (Essential) Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision (Essential)
