Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner
The post-holder will have completed a graduate certificate or postgraduate certificate training delivering the national curriculum for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners.
Main duties of the job
Scope & Authority:
The post holder will work under close case management supervision from a suitably qualified professional to provide high-quality collaborative care planning as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will work under close clinical skills supervision from an HCPC registered clinical psychologist to provide specified psychologically-informed interventions, with a level of autonomy matched to demonstrated competence.

Band
Shift timings: Saturday (midnight to midnight), any weekday after 8pm and before 6am, and all day on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).

Person Specification
Qualifications
* A graduate certificate (Level 6) or postgraduate certificate (Level 7) delivering the national curriculum for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (Adult Specialist Mental Health)
Experience
* Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs gained through graduate or postgraduate training with significant supervised practice
Experience
* Experience of delivering psychologically informed interventions to service users under supervision
