Our Maintenance Coordinator ensures we have the right planning resources and coordination in the right place, which in turn, ensures our machinery our Engineers have the tools they need to keep our machinery up and running, and our product keeps moving. About the Role What the role entails: Youll coordinate routine machinery maintenance schedules, as well as the scheduling of work orders (requested maintenance or repair). This role involves frequent of our CMMS where youll create user accounts as required, generate PPM checklists, schedules, and other documentation. Youll also report on expenditure, PPM completion rates, and machinery downtime. Stores Coordination: Youll take ownership of our Engineering Stores, maintaining a balance of well-organised stock and replacement of critical parts. For spare parts, youll support the Maintenance and Engineering Managers with appointing and selecting Preferred Suppliers, negotiating cost-effective prices. As well as carrying out regular stock checks, youll maintain the Inventory Control area within our CMMS. Experience effectively maintaining Engineering Stores in a Manufacturing/Production environment. Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), e.g. Agility.
