The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashtead Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.

Ashtead Hospital is one of Surrey's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self-pay/insured and NHS patients. Conveniently situated close to Leatherhead (Junction 9 of the M25), the hospital is located in tranquil, wooded surroundings. These provide a peaceful environment to aid a speedy recovery.
Skills & Attributes:
1. A warm, considerate and empathetic character
2. Previous Admin experience
3. Ability to make decisions and use your initiative
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - face to face, via email and telephone.
