Duties of the Service Advisor:
* Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
* Qualify service requirements and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate
* Establish agreement with customers on the work to be carried out
* Clearly explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and approval
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards as a Service Advisor
* Maintain accurate records within relevant systems at all times
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Good understanding of vehicle systems and common issues
* Positive attitude and professional approach to work
