About Shuffle Club Co
Shuffle Club Co (playing card brand), Hall Holdings (Airbnb properties), and Sell From Anywhere LLC are growing, multi-entity operations managed by a single founder. We need a sharp financial partner — not just a bookkeeper — to provide real visibility into cash flow, profitability, and strategic financial decisions.
The Role
You'll be the financial advisor behind the scenes: cleaning up and maintaining our books, building useful P&L and cash flow dashboards, helping evaluate investment and financing decisions, and ensuring we're making smart financial calls as we scale. This is a small but growing business — you'll have real impact.
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate books across Sell From Anywhere LLC and Hall Holdings LLC
Build and maintain monthly P&L reports, cash flow forecasts, and channel-level profitability dashboards
Provide guidance on financing decisions — evaluating revenue-share arrangements, credit lines, and investor terms
Support inventory financing decisions with unit economics analysis
Assist with annual tax preparation coordination alongside our accountant (Sumit)
Flag financial risks and opportunities proactively
Help structure and review any formal investor or debt agreements
What We're Looking For
CPA or equivalent experience in accounting and financial management
Experience working with small e-commerce or consumer product businesses
Comfortable with multi-entity structures and intercompany accounting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Strategic thinker who can translate numbers into business decisions
Experience with Amazon seller financials, COGS tracking, and multi-channel revenue reconciliation a strong plus
Compensation
Monthly retainer based on scope. Rate commensurate with experience.
