Senior Email & CRM Manager
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000
Contract: FTC 7 to 18 months
I’m currently partnered with an industry leading travel Brand, in the search for a Senior Email and CRM Manager. This will be reporting in to the Head of Brand Marketing, implementing global marketing strategy alongside the wider marketing team.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overseeing email marketing strategy and execution, driving database expansion, engagement, lead nurturing, optimization, and achieving ROI targets.
* Creating an email marketing roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy to benchmark and enhance email campaign ROI.
* Managing the implementation of all aspects of email campaigns, including content and design, testing and optimization, analytics, and reporting.
* Designing and overseeing automated and triggered email workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on continuously enhancing engagement and retention rates.
* Manging CRM projects, encompassing Ad Studio campaigns as well as abandoned browse and cart initiatives (leveraging Marketing Cloud Personalization).
* Serving as the global lead for brand email, collaborating with marketing teams across eight regions to offer guidance on email best practices and develop strategies for sales, remarketing, customer reengagement, and retention.
About you:
* Proficient in digital marketing with a focus on email and CRM strategies, staying current with industry best practices.
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm for your work.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across international teams in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, and the USA.
* Skilled at juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, even under high pressure.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities effectively.
* Over five years of experience in email and CRM marketing.
* Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of responding quickly to evolving business requirements.
* Highly organized team player with a positive, results-oriented mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Energetic and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
