We have a strong market position in a growing sector. As a multi-site business, looking after our customers is one of our key priorities. Your Mission Reporting directly to the Country Manager your job is to; Deliver outstanding service for our customers, every single day to improve customer retention. Hire the right team of Operations Managers. Ensure all operating standards are consistently achieved. Increase revenue through sales of additional products. Plan team resources to align with customer demand. Manage costs tightly to achieve cost budgets. Drive performance of the team, ensure they achieve weekly and monthly targets. Be hands-on to consistently role model what great customer service looks like. Celebrate success of your team – ensure good performance is recognised and rewarded. Coach and develop the team so they improve their capability. Work collaboratively with colleagues from other teams to ensure a seamless process for customers. Own relationships with senior management of key customers to proactively address issues. How will your performance be measured Your success will be measured against the following KPI’s; Customer service. Customer retention. Growth in additional revenue. Cost control against budget.
