We have an exciting opportunity for two Paralegals to join our highly regarded Recoveries Department Creditor Services Team supporting our lawyers with a wide range of tasks involved in progressing specialist enforcement cases.
As a Paralegal in this team you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while gaining exposure to complex and varied casework.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Drafting LBAs
* Conducting trace work
* Producing letters and emails tailored to case requirements
* Preparing and drafting court documents and bundles for hearings
* Instructing LPC
* Negotiating and monitoring instalment pay offers
* Progressing proceedings and undertaking enforcement action
* Updating case files and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures
* Opening and closing files
* Handling accounting and reporting to clients
* Liaising with key stakeholders over the phone
* Managing cases and all associated procedures
Paralegal experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong organisational skills and an interest in dispute resolution.
