Why this role exists
TalentPredix is growing its presence with HR and People leaders, while building stronger links with the coaching and consulting community in the UK and abroad.
This internship is designed for students in Business Psychology, HR, or related fields who require a compulsory work placement as part of their degree. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consultancy, supporting client engagement, events, research, and outreach.
What you'll do
Community & Events
* Support the design and delivery of HR and practitioner events (virtual & in-person)
* Help grow and engage our HR and Talent community (LinkedIn, online groups, meet-ups)
* Manage RSVPs, logistics, and post-event communications
Marketing & Research
* Draft LinkedIn posts, emails, and event promotions
* Create simple graphics, newsletters, and follow-up summaries
* Conduct surveys and research to build data insights for clients
Business Development
* Research target organisations, HR networks, and speaking opportunities
* Support outreach by phone, email, and social media
* Track activity in our CRM
What success looks like
* Consistently well-run events with strong attendance and feedback
* Engaged LinkedIn activity and steady community growth
* A reliable flow of sales leads and conversions
* Survey data that delivers actionable insights for clients
* Organised systems and clear weekly reporting

Placement & Pay
* First 3 months:
