Customer Engagement:
Understand and respond to customer requests, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely actions. Job Management:
Plan and oversee jobs to maximize engineer productivity, ensuring smooth progress and resolution. Resource Allocation:
Allocate the right engineers for trial requests and manage work orders accurately to maximize billing. Team Leadership:
Directly manage a team of 4-8 engineers, providing mentorship and addressing performance issues. Data Management:
Keep all systems updated with accurate job information and load trial data to relevant platforms. What We’re Looking For
Skills:
Strong customer service, planning, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with gas and diesel engine products, engine control systems, and parts ordering processes. Experience:
Apprentice-trained engineer with at least 5 years in a similar role, including customer contact and major repair work. Working Conditions
This is an
office-based
role with a flexible working pattern between
7 AM – 6 PM
on weekdays, and occasional Saturdays as needed. You will be responsible for planning and dispatching approximately
25 regional field engineers
