A new opportunity has arisen for a superstar Head Chef to lead the team at a stunning destination hotel in the Lake District called New Dungeon Ghyll. It is well known for its beautiful standard of fresh and seasonal British food, and the opportunity for a new Head Chef to join the team.
New Dungeon Ghyll is a stunning hotel with a beautiful restaurant area and we are incredibly proud of the offering. It boasts an amazing standard of chef-lead fresh menus, all based on local provenance. The core menu includes award-winning, locally sourced British gastro-pub fare and the perfect Head Chef will continue this high standard of cookery. The rest of the team are hungry to learn and willing to follow the new direction laid out by their new kitchen lead.
