Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Inverness
Salary: Up to £51,000
Shift: Monday‑Friday Days
You will be responsible for a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring that all work and health safety procedures are adhered to. The role is hands‑on with some desk work.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
* Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast‑paced industrial factory.
Requirements
* Hands‑on mechanical fault‑finding experience.
* Recognised mechanical engineering qualification.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
* Experience managing or supervising a team of engineers.
