Job Title: Training & Communications Specialist

Salary:£40,748 + depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Working within the Training & Communications team within SSNA Programme
* Designing and developing high quality Training and Communications content for the SSNA Submarine build
* Providing best practice (methodologies, ways of working, templates, approach) for Training content production
* Guiding and directing distribution and application of Training content
* Managing multiple medium-to-large projects of varying complexity
* Creating project reports and schedules to present to a range of stakeholders
* Digesting new complex information to develop high-level understanding to create effective training material
* Communicating with a range of stakeholders end to end to enable and support the embedment of Change initiatives
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a Training & Communications environment
* Experience designing and developing Training content
Desirable:
* Proficient with Creative software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Experience using with relevant software and Learning Management Systems (e.g. Articulate, Storyline 360)
* Experience using Project Management toolsets (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6)
* Engineering background or experience analysing complex data
