Hiring Manager: Katie Bennett, Centre Manager. Katie.bennett@oldham.gov.uk Key Responsibilities: Provide Administrative Support for All M\&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Issues. Log, track, and follow up on all M\&E-related jobs. Liaise with contractors, ensure compliance documentation is up to date, and support the Centre Manager with planned and reactive maintenance processes. Support the Security Team with Paperwork and Systems Management. Maintain incident logs, ensure daily reports are recorded accurately, manage security system access requests, and assist with compliance and audit paperwork. Assist with IT Systems, Including Parking Systems and Footfall Analysis. Monitor and support the operation of parking software, troubleshoot minor issues, coordinate IT support when required, and run weekly/monthly footfall reports for management. Manage Small-Scale Commercialisation Activities. Oversee booking enquiries for mall space, kiosks, and promotional activities. Prepare agreements, coordinate with tenants/external partners, and track income to help achieve commercialisation revenue targets. Deliver Excellent Customer Service to Tenants and Shoppers. Act as a first point of contact for tenant queries, ensuring prompt responses. Support customer service initiatives by handling enquiries professionally and helping maintain a positive centre environment. Support the Centre Manager with Daily Administrative Duties. Prepare meeting notes, assist with scheduling, compile reports, and help with general coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
