This is an annualised hours role which will require flexible, weekend and lone working. The Bennachie Visitor Centre is open Monday - Sunday from 10am 4:30pm, April to October each calendar year. Work in the quieter close season includes reviewing the season just past, planning for the upcoming one, including undertaking recruitment for seasonal staff, and co-ordination of essential health and safety inspections for the building. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
