The Role
We are recruiting reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Walsall. This role involves delivering pre-set work, supervising students, and maintaining a positive learning environment across a variety of subjects.
With no planning or marking, this position offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for teachers seeking a better work–life balance or experience across different school settings.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
7. Confident managing KS3 & KS4 classrooms
8. Flexible, professional, and dependable
9. Comfortable covering a range of subjects
10. Able to maintain behaviour in line with school policies
11. Qualified with QTS, QTLS, or relevant secondary teaching experience
