Full-Time Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (Maths, English & Science) Location: Secondary Schools across Bromley Schedule: 5 days per week | Full-Time
We are currently seeking a committed and knowledgeable Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time in welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Bromley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LSA who is passionate about supporting students across Maths, English and Science, and who is looking to grow within a positive and forward-thinking school environment.
The Role
As a Core Subject LSA, you will:
* Provide in-class support across Maths, English and Science lessons
* Work closely with teachers to support learning outcomes for individuals and small groups
* Support students with varying abilities, including those who may require additional academic support
* Help maintain an inclusive, focused and engaging learning environment
* Contribute positively to students' academic progress and confidence
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
* Possesses strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
* Holds a degree (preferred)
* Is confident supporting students at secondary level
* Demonstrates professionalism, patience and excellent communication skills
* Is committed to making a meaningful impact on students' education
