Customer Success Manager - Field based
Genmed has a consistent record of winning as evidenced by exceptional growth of 700% over the last five years. We have over two hundred contracts in 40 NHS Trusts across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing managed services team. This role is pivotal in optimising revenue and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across the East region.
You will manage and develop existing Managed Service Contracts (MSCs), identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include leading contract review meetings, coordinating contract implementation, monitoring customer activity for growth opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
The role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
This is a field-based role with some office and home working, involving regular travel within the allocated territory.
Genmed offer 26 days annual leave per calendar year to all colleagues in addition to the UK recognised bank holidays. A phone and laptop will be provided to the successful candidate.
