Are you a Maintenance Technician with a multi-skilled background seeking a permanent role within a thriving food manufacturing company that offers progression opportunities to lead engineer, a great work-life balance (shift-based- 4 on 4 off), and the chance to boost your earnings with overtime?

This leading manufacturer supplies frozen ready meals into various house-hold names within the food industry including restaurants and supermarkets. Since their establishment in 1984, the company has achieved tremendous growth, with a current team of 400 employees. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to expand their team.

You will work as a pair, to complete around 10 jobs per shift. Your work will primarily consist of carrying out routine checks, servicing drains, reviewing equipment and repairing variable maintenance and repairs of machinery where necessary. Shift patterns comprise of 4 days on, 4 days off- 2 days (7am-7pm) and 2 nights (7pm-7am).
