The ideal candidate would be a welder with their qualifications looking to get their foot in the door of a company willing to invest in their employees. Commutable to Bath.
The Role:
Carrying out welding and basic fabrication work
Assisting with repairs, modifications, and engineering projects
Working from drawings and technical specifications
Maintaining high health & safety and quality standardsThe Person:
Recognised welding qualification (college, NVQ, apprenticeship, or similar)
Eager to learn and develop practical welding skills
Ambitious and motivated to progress into a more qualified welding role
