We’re looking for a Work Experience Recruitment Officer (WERO) to join our team at Peterborough College and Stamford College. This is a permanent, full‑time role (35 hours per week, all year round) that’s perfect for someone who is proactive, organised, and driven to make a real difference in students’ careers.
As a key ambassador for the college, you will expand our network of industry partners and secure high‑quality work placements for our students. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring every partnership is successful, meeting both our college targets and employers’ workforce needs.

You’ll be proactive, professional, and confident in building relationships with a wide range of people. You’ll enjoy working independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
