As a Band 7 Specialist Nurse, you will be expected to deliver expert, evidence-based clinical care to patients with acute and chronic dermatological conditions, with a particular focus on inflammatory skin disease. 3. Undertake regular blood monitoring and safety surveillance for patients on systemic treatments, particularly biologics, in line with national and local protocols.
4. Contribute to team leadership, including the supervision, support, and development of junior staff.
5. Provide specialist advice, education, and training to the wider multi-professional team to enhance dermatology knowledge and practice across the service.
6. Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, integrated dermatology care across the Health Board.
