About The Team
Our Company Secretarial team delivers essential services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, both nationally and internationally. We manage complex filings, support seamless corporate transactions, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. At the forefront of governance and compliance, we ensure Companies House obligations are met while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain statutory registers and ensure Companies House compliance.
* Support seamless corporate transactions and provide timely reminders.
* Assist with incorporations and ensure legal obligations are met.
* Spearhead audit responses and provide expert guidance on Companies House matters.
What we're looking for:
* Got a law degree (or equivalent)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
* A great team player and able to take ownership of your own work.
* Ability to problem solve with a methodological and logical approach
