About the Role: Design and deliver engaging and informative Drama lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum. Cultivate a stimulating and creative learning environment that fosters a love of drama, performance, and self-expression. Guide students in developing their acting skills, technical abilities, and understanding of dramatic theory. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts department and contribute to school-wide productions and events. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a closely related discipline. Demonstrates a strong passion for Drama and a captivating teaching style. Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
